The pregnant Jessica Simpson has just signed a deal worth $3 million to be a spokeswoman for Weight Watchers, according to a report from the New York Post.

Her weight has been scrutinized in recent years (see fat Jessica Simpson pictures), but now that she's eating for two, she's turning a negative into a positive.

She reportedly fielded several offers from a number of celebrities weight loss companies before settling with the Double-Dubs for a staggering sum of money.

A source told the Post, confirming earlier reports, "The deal is in place, and after having her baby, she'll start with Weight Watchers to lose her baby weight."

Rumors about the contract began last month, with reports saying that the company wanted to help her get back to her famous Dukes of Hazzard physique.

The brand wants her to use their famous points system to emulate another celebrity spokeswoman, Jennifer Hudson, to "lose a significant amount of weight."

Simpson plans to wed her fiance Eric Johnson after having the baby, which could be another motivation for the former singer and actress to drop weight.

She is expecting a boy or a girl BTW. Crazy.

Country star Sara Evans is livid with her ex-husband for allegedly causing irreparable harm to their children by badmouthing her on Anderson Cooper's new show.

As a result, she's requested a restraining order against him.

Craig Schelske appeared on Anderson on September 20, claiming he lost custody of his kids because Sara falsely said that Craig is a porn-obsessed adulterer.

Sara claims the interview not only violated a 2010 temporary injunction blocking him from bashing Sara in public, it also "caused irreparable harm to the children."

On September 21, a day after the interview aired, Sara filed a request for a restraining order to block Craig from commenting about the divorce proceedings.

A judge signed the order the same day. A source close to Craig responded, "This is a violation of his First Amendment rights, and he won't take it lying down."

Doesn't a legal injunction count for something? Just saying.

Emmy-winner Tina Fey welcomed her second daughter this week.

Already mom to five-year-old Alice, the 30 Rock star and husband Jeff Richmond now have their hands full with Penelope Athena Richmond as well!

The baby's gender was a surprise to the pair. "I'm just going to see what it chooses to wear to prom," Fey said while pregnant a few months ago.

The comedian called her second pregnancy "easy," but admitted agonizing over having a second kid and whether or not to expand their family.

Fey told Oprah earlier this summer, "My husband and I decided that we felt rather than risk having 30 Rock end in several years and feeling like part of our family is missing that we were going to prioritize our family."

We'd say she made the right call. Congratulations, Tina and Jeff!

A week ago at this time, the world assumed Crystal Harris would officially be Mrs. Hugh Hefner.

Instead, the model dumped her fiancee on Tuesday and hung out in a VIP cabana at a pool party in Las Vegas.

"I'm doing okay," she told People. "I just had to get away. Today is the day and I just had to get away. I'm going back tonight so I just wanted to get away for the day."

Holly Madison, who always wanted to marry the Playboy mogul herself, is appalled at Crystal's behavior.

"That's a new low," Holly Tweeted of Harris' partying. "That's disgusting and whoever booked her is tacky."

But, hey, at least this ordeal has given Madison a reason to be in the news again. She ought to be thanking Crystal.

Like some sort of governor with a rifle inside a helicopter, taking aim at a defenseless moose, Levi Johnston has his sights set on parenthood.

The soon-to-be son-in-law of Sarah Palin, and impending father to a baby with Bristol Palin, has spoken out to a reporter from the Associated Press. Here's what young Levi had to say. Forgive The Hollywood Gossip staff from editorializing when necessary, we couldn't help it...

On marrying Bristol: "We were planning on getting married a long time ago with or without the kid."

** THG Note: A long time ago, huh, Levi? You're 18, Bristol is 17. She's six months pregnant. Were you planning this marriage over an Easy Bake Oven, or during an episode of Barney and Friends?

On being a father: "I'm looking forward to having him. I'm going to take him hunting and fishing. He'll be everywhere with me... We're up for it. I'm excited to have my first kid. It's going to be a lot of hard work, but we can handle it."

** THG Note: Sort of like the Iraq war. After impregnating Bristol, we wonder if Levi hung a banner in the bedroom that read Emission Accomplished.

Levi Johnston was nervous before appearing on stage at the Republican National Convention in August... but whatever.

On joining the Sarah Palin campaign, which included sitting in open view at the Republican National Convention: "At first, I was nervous. Then I was like, 'Whatever.'"

** THG Note: This is actually more articulate than Governor Palin has been about her foreign policy experience.

On Barack Obama: "I don't know anything about him. He seems like a good guy. I like him."

** THG Note: You don't know anything about him, Levi? Seriously, do they have access to national newspapers, the Internet and/or news channels in Alaska?

On Sarah Palin: "I just hope she wins. She's my future mother-in-law. She better win."

Looks like Bobby Brown won't be going anywhere near Boston anytime soon.

A family court judge in Canton, Mass., today ordered Brown's arrest after he failed to show up for a hearing over delinquent child support payments.

Kim Ward, of Stoughton, Mass., the mother of Brown's teenaged daughter La Princia (what a great name) and son Bobby, Jr., claims that Brown owes her two months' support for the children amounting to $11,000.

Brown also has one child with Whitney Houston, Bobbi Kristina, and an older son, Landon, with some other woman. The singer apparently failed to knock up home-wrecker Karrine Steffans during their time together.

It's not the first time this has happened to the low-life. Back in June 2004, Mike Tyson's buddy was sentenced to 90 days in jail for missing three months worth of child support payments, although the sentence was later suspended after Brown made a $15,000 payment.

This represents the latest in a long line of legal setbacks for Brown, who is being divorced by wife Whitney Houston in Los Angeles, and who may have that crazy f*%k Osama bin Laden hunting his ass down, provided the Al Qaeda mastermind is still alive in a cave somewhere. [THG NOTE: We hate him]

Brown's Atlanta-based lawyer, Phaedra Parks (another great name) sought to employ the divorce proceedings in his defense.

"The media is very aware of this very public divorce that's going on right now. It's unfortunate we find ourselves in Boston on this matter," Parks said, apparently believing that going through a divorce is grounds for not paying child support.
